1. Definition

3. Operation Responsibilities

4. Liability for breach of contract
4.1 If the sales channel provider violates the terms of cooperation and causes AB Company to suffer losses, AB Company has the right to pursue the responsibility against the sales channel provider and require the sales channel provider to compensate AB Company for the loss.
4.2 If the sales channel provider violates the terms of cooperation and causes AB Company to suffer losses, AB Company has the right to terminate the cooperation and require the sales channel provider to pay relevant fees.
5. Confidentiality clause
5.1 Both parties are obliged to keep the commercial secrets, technical information, product development plans and other information obtained from the other party strictly confidential, and shall not disclose them to third parties in any form.

6.2 Both parties are obliged to negotiate and resolve disputes in the process of cooperation in a timely manner. If they cannot be properly resolved, the matter can be brought to the local court.
6.3 If any clause in these terms of cooperation is invalid, it will not affect the validity of other clauses, and both parties are still obliged to abide by the valid clauses.
